Well, the fact that they have call centers in India to which you sometimes get routed doesn’t help in getting a manager on the line, either.

UPS is no better in Germany. I live in the Frankfurt area which is heavily urbanised but other than telling you the day of delivery no other information is provided. If your out at work -tough, & you then have to go and pick up the package at the nearest depot. I think the problem is that working at UPS is only slightly better than working at McDonalds so employees just dont care.
