Ya know, all you have to do now is hook up a small diesel generator to power the whole house, or at least the barn and processor. Take the barn off the grid in the most vegetable-green way…heh…or put a small solar array on the roof…or put some solar thermal collectors on the roof to heat the water in the heater… Just some random ellipsical thoughts. (Hey, I thought up a neo-neologism!)

I see a pump with plumbing apparently into and out of a water heater, and with a pressure gauge on one of the lines. I’m going to guess this is a heater to warm the veggie oil at some stage in its process cycle?

I think it is to provide you with hot water in the barn as you have been sent to Coventry by Mrs Goolsbee for spending too much time tinkering with cars… and the barn is now home…
