Seriously though, I’d gladly GIVE away this photograph to anyone who asks (and in fact I do) but that doesn’t give you the right to print it, sell it, and not give me a slice of the payout! Grrrr.
I’m going through ebay’s copyright infringement process, and have notified the seller as well. We’ll see how it turns out.
Looking through the seller’s other items seems to be a target rich environment for any copyright attorneys out there.

My entire web site was lifted once and used by a German design (!) firm. I mean the entire thing. At the time I was riled, now it’s “meh.” More amusing than anything else.
Well Roger, that guy was a certified loon… the logical leap from a car’s VIN number to ones own intellectual property is a deep, wide chasm. That guy bounced a few times on the way down! 😉
Like I said, I’m kind of “meh” too, but that stops when they are profiting from it without my consent.
I put that image on wikipedia. I’ve also given it to SNG-Barratt for use. It isn’t the having I mind, it is the not asking part. It isn’t very hard to trace that photo back to me.
