This looks like the Vancouver ABFM. It must have been a few years ago as I don’t recall seeing either the car in question (no idea) or the AC Aceca there the past couple of years.
You are right Sandro, this photo was taken at Van Dusen Gardens. I almost appended a “Sandro is disqualified from guessing”, as I know you’ve seen every car there many times. I’m surprised to hear you don’t know this one. I know you were there because I’m pretty sure I had a chat with you at this very ABFM while Nick climbed on the “fallen column” concrete sculpture, and you later arranged for him to climb up into the tent atop one of the entrants’ Land Rovers.
Maybe that will shake loose your memory. Or maybe this post will shake Roger Los out of his Supervillian Island Lair to name the car. 😉

Ah, yes. The 2006 Van Dusen (Vancouver) show. I have images of the silver 1952 Jowett Jupiter that is to the left of the AC Aceca and the 1961 Daimler SP250 to the right of your mystery car. Somehow I missed snapping pics of both the AC Aceca and your mystery car. In spite of my cheats, I remain stumped.
It was built from 1952 through 1959.
I have ‘shopped off a badge on the nose.
If there are any clue to be found it is in the grille (though it changed in later models) and perhaps the color, as the name is rather evocative of pale pastels.
Via some googling I’ve found this exact car for sale online.
Hmm…some kind of Kaiser?
An Allard Palm Beach MkI. The early years ’52-’54.
Corvairdad nails another one. Now I can swap in the original photo.
