Not sure of the year, and I’ll be *damned* if I can make out WTF the script sez on the radiamatator, but I believe it’s a 1919(-ish)Dodge. the clue thast jumps out at me are the hubcaps, which were shaped that way on just a few ‘Murrican cars of the era.

Yes, you guessed right. It is a Dodge Brothers Model 30 runabout IIRC. Very nicely restored car. Remind me to hand you a few pennies next time we meet. 😉
