M-B 300 SL. Left front fender/hood area…:)
You know Paul, I think you are right. I shot this at the Monte Shelton NW Classic Rally, and there were a whole herd of black 911’s there… but now that I think back, there was a black 300sl as well. Looking again, this is that Benz.
Good call… made up a bit for your fumble on the NOT-Allard. 😉
Grrrr…not so sure of the M-B guess, now! I keyed on the louvers visible just behind the wheel arch, but the ‘eyebrow’ of the M-B doesn’t look right, at least in this shot.
