I have no idea and was going to turn to google and then realized I had no idea how to phrase the search…. 🙂
How about a early-mid 50s Allard M2 (DHC)?
No clue. I love the grille though.
Allard it is…I got here late, CG, but that was a *gimme*. C’mon, you can do better than this!
Bzzzt! Wrong guys, it is NOT an Alllard. Try again.
Duh…Aston-Martin….:)
Did Donald Healey have a hand in that car? It sort of resembles a Healey-Westland.
Nope… you guys obviously need some hints!
It is from a Coventry car builder, and the coachwork is also Coventry-sourced. (two hints!)
It is HUGE, but is powered by an ~1900cc 4-banger with 2 SU carbs. It could go 80 MPH, but was absurdly expensive and did not sell well.
(otherwise, it would be famous!)
Hellifino. Got me stumped!
The car on the right side is an MG-A..that count??
🙂
Where’s all the “Gimme” bravado Mr. Wigton?
😉
Thanks for the hints. 1953 Alvis Fourteen Special Sports Tourer?

Where it belongs, Mr. Goolsbee: in the can, shot in the a$$!
LOL!
Ding Ding Ding! We have a winner. Corvairdad displays his most excellent Google-Fu! It is an Alvis TB 14 indeed.
