Here’s a fun one for the weekend. As a practical joke somebody made up a “Just Married” sign on a participant’s car. (which of course was co-driven by two men.) Unfortunately the owner (pictured here) found the sign before they drove off.

It is not a Jensen, but I have to admit that is quite a good guess. I would not have thought of that.

Mark knew it, but he was there and properly recused himself. John “Mad Dog” Morrow nailed it first and spelled correctly, with the Iso Grifo.

This car is VERY fast, and very nice looking.
I got in late, and knew it was an Iso Grifo: Jenson Interceptor? Naw…the Iso is actually *pretty* (if not terribly well-built). The Jenson? Yak. I can think of one other car even oooglier: The *Henson*. I liked the Grifo’s looks far better than its stablemate, the Rivolta.

But I missed the competition for a good cause: the cyl. head’s back on Tweety, the pan’s buttoned up, and stuff is going to start going a lot faster now! I’m sitting here typing this, with Tweety spooge under my fingerlers and all up my arms…feels GOOD!
they look pretty similar to me – you sure they didn’t base it on an Interceptor?
