  1. Okey, the car is obviously a Toyota 2000GT with a Yamaha engine buildt between 1967
    and 1970. The funny thing is that they never made a convertible version of it.
    However, I think they made two convertible prototypes of use in one of the
    James Bond Movies.

  2. Toyota 2000GT – but I didn’t realise they had soft tops… only ever seen photos of hard tops…

    of course the very wrong thing is the steering wheel on the wrong side!! 😉

    and the other thing would be where are the wing mirrors??

  4. Yes, Ove got it right. They never made any official convertible versions of this car. All I can assume is this was a conversion done later.

    No Jerome, that is not me. I was too busy taking the picture to be riding in the car!

  5. Based on my net research there is also another HUGE, GLARING booboo with the “picture” (Parens there to hint a the problem)….wazzzit?
